Everleaf was formed in 2005 as a UK based distributor of quality art books, unique handcrafted albums and stylish camera accessories for professional photographers in the UK and Ireland.

The principle of Everleaf is bring the Photographer products which will make a difference to their photography. This desire has allowed Everleaf to be working with brands such as AsukaBook and La-vie Album.

We are constantly looking for new and innovative products to improve the product range which we offer to our customers. We are proud to be now working with Kelly Moore and to have the opportunity to offer the inspirational 'Kelly Moore Camera Bag'.

Together with the products Everleaf also offers a fully bespoke album design service. It is our aim to work closely with the photographer to ensure the design created matches your studio's identity.


Order process:

Simply choose the product(s) that you require and then enter your personal & business details in the shopping cart section. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Maestro. All card details are processed securely by Namesco Secure Payment System using 128-bit SSL security. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch your goods to you within 48 hours after completing payment. (Monday to Thursday except UK public holiday)

Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, all prices shown are including VAT (20%).

Do you ship outside of the UK & Ireland?
No, at present we only ship to the UK & Ireland.

What shipping methods do you offer?
For UK mainland deliveries your products will be shipped via City Link or Royal Mail depending on the destination and weight. For non UK mainland or Ireland, your products will be shipped via Royal Mail Special / Recorded / International Delivery.

What are your delivery charges?
FREE shipping to UK mainland. Non UK mainland: £7.50 per order. Ireland: £13.50 per order.

How long does it take to get my order?
You will receive your products in approximately 2 to 5 working days from your order date.





Returns and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you can return it in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Before returning your product please contact us at info@everleaf.co.uk to request a return. In this email, include the word, 'Return' in the subject line and please detail why you are returning the product.

Once we have approved your return, you can return your product to the address we provide ensuring that you include a copy of your original sales invoice as well as a print out of our email correspondence. Return transportation charges at customer's expense. Any used product wll be denied a refund or replacement.

All returns are subject to a £15 restocking fee (First Postage & Packaging fee, Credit Card transaction fee and Repackaging fee - UK Business to Business contract). We will credit your account within 7 working days of receiving your return.


Warranty:

Your products are covered under a general manufacturer's warranty for 1 year from the date of your purchase. This warranty only includes defects in workmanship and manufacturing. This warranty does not include scratches or tears of the surface of your bag due to misuse or abuse. This warranty does not include the wear of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty does not cover any loss of equipment or time. If the damage to your product falls within our warranty, we will be happy to replace or repair your product. We reserve the right to refuse warranty based on customer service discretion.
